Will Tampling – Real Estate Marketing

For this project, I collaborated with Will Tampling, a Lake Martin realtor, to enhance his social media strategy and effectively showcase his property listings. Real estate is a crowded space, so the objective was not only to showcase homes but to build Will’s credibility as a trusted Lake Martin specialist. I coordinated weekly with him to select priority listings, then transformed those into visually engaging reels and posts using professional photography and storytelling captions. The campaign resulted in a significant increase in reach, views, and watch time, transforming static property posts into high-engagement content that resonated with serious buyers.
